These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of codeteqsolutions.com and the purchase of products and services from CodeTeq Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products & Services
We sell new laptops, custom-built PCs, refurbished laptops, printers and PC-related accessories, and provide repair services for laptops, desktops and printers. Product images are for representation; actual products may vary slightly. Refurbished products are clearly identified as refurbished and sold with their stated condition grade.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of order. Online payments are accepted through our secure payment gateway, which supports UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets. An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. A GST invoice is issued for every purchase.
3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method as per our Refund Policy.
4. Warranty
New products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product. Custom PCs carry component-level manufacturer warranties plus our assembly workmanship guarantee. Refurbished laptops carry the service warranty period stated at the time of sale. Repairs carry a service warranty on the repaired part/work as mentioned on the job sheet. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or misuse.
5. Repair Services
All repairs begin with a diagnosis and a written/communicated estimate. Work proceeds only after your approval. Devices not collected within 30 days of repair-completion notification may attract storage charges. Please back up your data before submitting a device; we are not liable for data loss except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a product or service is limited to the amount paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of data, profits or business.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos and layout — is the property of CodeTeq Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
