Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy describes how CodeTeq Solutions ships and delivers orders placed through codeteqsolutions.com or over phone/in-store.
1. Shipping Coverage
We ship across India through reputed courier and logistics partners. In-store pickup is also available at no charge — choose "Store Pickup" while ordering, or mention it on call.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- In-stock laptops, refurbished units & accessories: dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Custom PC builds: assembled, tested and dispatched within 3–7 business days depending on component availability.
- Delivery: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or other factors beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delay.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on weight and destination and are shown at the time of order confirmation — before you pay. There are no hidden charges after payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can track the shipment.
5. Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect the outer packaging at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. For damage discovered after opening, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability of the recipient, the shipment is returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
