Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when orders placed with CodeTeq Solutions can be cancelled, when products can be returned, and how refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been dispatched by calling or emailing us with your order details. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under Section 2. Custom PC builds cannot be cancelled once component procurement or assembly has begun, as they are built to your specification.
2. Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged, defective, or dead on arrival (DOA).
- Product received is different from what was ordered.
The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals and the invoice. Defective units are first offered a replacement; a refund is issued if a replacement is not available. Returns are not accepted for change of mind on opened products, physical/liquid damage after delivery, or software-related issues on otherwise working hardware.
3. Repair Service Refunds
Diagnosis is free; advance payments for repairs are refundable in full if we are unable to complete the approved repair. If a repaired fault recurs within the service warranty period stated on the job sheet, we will re-repair it free of charge or refund the repair charge.
4. Refund Processing
Once a cancellation or return is approved:
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval (or of receiving and inspecting the returned product).
- Refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment gateway.
- The amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We will share the refund reference number with you once the refund is initiated. Cash purchases made in-store are refunded in-store.
5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions
If money is debited but your order is not confirmed, or a payment is charged twice, the excess amount is automatically reversed by the payment gateway/your bank, usually within 5–7 business days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will resolve it with the payment gateway.
